How does it work?

What’s the difference between a Flex plan and Savings plan?
Flex plan (Only available on a Heineken & Birra Moretti Plan)
With the Flex plan you never have to worry about choosing beers, paying for delivery or concerning yourself with the hassle of re-ordering. This cancel anytime plan is designed to fit around you and your lifestyle, no contracts and no obligations.
Therefore, the only difference between the 2 plans is that you will receive a discount on the Savings plan whereas on the Flex plan you will pay the standard webshop pricing
Can I subscribe more than once?
Our SUBscription service currently allows for one subscription per e-mail address and household. As we have a monthly and bi-monthly option available, we hope we have the right plan for you. Additional regular orders can still be placed outside of your SUBscription if you wanted a few extra SUB Kegs, or wanted to try something different.
What happens at the end of SUBscription Savings contract?
We will notify you when we take your 6th payment that this is the last payment and delivery in your current contract term, and the Savings plan will renew for another 6 deliveries when the next payment is taken unless you choose to cancel or switch contract beforehand.
The Savings plan can be cancelled at any point throughout your contract term, but will only be terminated once we have received your 6th payment.
Can I gift this to someone?
You can certainly send it to somebody else's address, but please be aware that the plans aren’t transferable so you will be responsible for the payments and contract.
Do I need to have an account to sign up for a SUBscription?
Yes. When you click subscribe, you'll be asked to login with your existing account details, or if you're new to Beerwulf you can enter your e-mail address to create an account. We will then e-mail you an activation link to complete your account creation.
Can I cancel my SUBscription?
If you’re on a Flex contract (only available on a Heineken & Birra Moretti plan) you can cancel your plan at any time from your account. If you’re on a Savings plan, you can cancel any time but it will only come into effect once we’ve received your 6th payment.
Can I pause my SUBscription or skip a delivery?
Will I get a tracking email when my beers on the way?
Yes you will. We will ship your delivery on the first available delivery slot after we take your payment, this will usually be within 2 working days, although during busy and peak periods this could be longer. You’ll receive a dispatch and tracking e-mail once we ship your delivery.
Will I get a confirmation email each time my SUBscription has renewed?
Each time we have debited the recurring amount from the method of payment you selected, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the funds have been debited. We will also notify you if we have tried to debit the agreed amount but we couldn’t debit the money, this may be due to their being insufficient funds in your account or your selected method of payment no longer being valid.
Can I change onto a different plan?
You can change onto a different plan at any point from your account during your contract but it will be only take effect at the end of your current contract term. This means if you're on a Flex plan it will take effect from your next billing date.
Can I cancel my SUBscription Savings contract before it's finished?
You can cancel your Savings plan at any point, but your contract will not be officially terminated until we have received all 6 payments. Once the 6th payment has been received and you have received your 6th delivery your contract will be officially cancelled.
Payment and billing
When are payments taken?
Your first payment is taken at the moment you sign up to your preferred SUBscription. Your order will then be shipped and delivered, this will usually be within 2 working days, although during busy and peak periods this could be longer. Your next payment will then be on the same calendar date the following month, or the month after that if you opted for a bi-monthly plan.
Can I change my billing address and update my details?
You can do this from ‘My Subscription’ in ‘My Account’.
What if my payment fails?
If we are unable to debit the agreed amount after 3 attempts due to lack of funds, your delivery will not be shipped for that month and we will then try again at the next billing interval.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Direct Debit and Credit Card recurring payments
What if I don’t have enough money in my account?
It is likely we won’t be able to debit the agreed amount if you don’t have the correct funds in your account. If we can’t debit the agreed amount then your delivery will not be shipped.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, from your account. As long as your payment for the next delivery hasn’t been taken yet, as once this happens it will be delivered to the address we have on file.
Can I change how often I get deliveries?
You can change plan and frequency of delivery if the plan allows at any point from your account during your contract, but it will be only take effect at the end of your current contract term. This means if you’re on a Flex plan it will take effect from your next billing date.
Can I skip a delivery?
You can pause your SUBscription from the Subscription area in your account.
When will I receive my first delivery?
You will receive your first delivery 1-2 working days after signing up, although during busy and peak periods this could be longer. We will notify you once your first SUBscription order has been dispatched.
Is delivery free?
Yes delivery is free on all SUBscription plans.
Will I always receive the same SUB kegs?
If you sign up to the Heineken and Birra Moretti Baffo d’Oro Keg plan, then yes, you will always receive 4 of each. If you sign up to the Mixed 4-Keg plan, you will receive 4 different SUB Kegs – these could be anything, but it will always be cheaper for you than the standard selling price.
Will the kegs I receive have a good shelf life?
We guarantee good beer quality of fully sealed SUB Keg for at least 1 month after purchasing from our website. Once you’ve opened your SUB Keg, the beer is guaranteed to stay fresh for 15 days, if stored in a running SUB. You can find the best-by date on the side of your keg. We guarantee the quality of the beer through the end of the month noted. After this date, quality may decrease. In general, we recommend storing your keg in a cool and dry location, for instance the fridge. That will ensure the best beer taste and experience.
What kind of SUB Kegs will I receive on the Mixed 4-Keg Plan? (SPOILER)
Each month you'll receive 4 different SUB Kegs. These 4 kegs will change with every delivery, and if you can’t wait to find out which beers are in April's delivery then here you are: Gandolf IPA, Affligem Blond, Mont Blanc La Cristal IPA, Lagunitas IPA. We aim to make sure you don't receive the same keg more than once in a 6-month period but cannot 100% guarantee this.
What if I don't like one of the beers I receive on the Mixed 4-Keg Plan?
The nature of this plan is that it is designed for those who are willing to try new beers and usually enjoy a bit of everything. At Beerwulf, we don’t put beers into SUB Keg that we don’t like ourselves, so we are confident the quality of beer should always be up to scratch, and if there is a beer from time to time that isn’t your favourite then we’d always love to hear your feedback, and it could be an excuse to invite some friends over.
