1.1 Welcome to our website www.beerwulf.com (the ‘Website’). The Website is provided by Beerwulf B.V. (‘Beerwulf’).

1.2 1.2 These terms and conditions (the ‘T&Cs’) apply to your use of the Website and your purchases of beer products on the Website (the ‘Products’). These T&C’s apply to customers purchasing our Products, who are not acting for purposes in connection with any business, company, trade or professional activities (‘B2C Customer’). Our Products are therefore not intended for resale purposes.

1.3 Please read these T&C’s carefully before you submit your order. By using this Website, you confirm that you accept these T&Cs and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you may not use the Website

1.4 The purchaser’s own terms and conditions are expressly declared inapplicable.



2.1.1 We only sell and supply Products to persons who have reached the minimum age of 18 years.

2.1.2 We have incorporated various age checks in the order process to ensure that we comply with our legal obligations.


2.2.1 Our Website is intended exclusively to promote our Products in the United Kingdom.

2.2.2 Our Products are suitable for consumption. We warrant that the Products we supply conform to the description on the Website and the labelling of the Products, are of good quality and comply with all legal requirements. We disclaim any and all other warranties, whether express or implied in relation to the Products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any disclaimer under these T&Cs does not affect your legal rights for faulty or mis-described goods.

2.2.3 We recommend that the Products are stored in a dry place, are not exposed to direct sunlight or rain, and are not stored at temperatures below freezing or in the open air.

2.2.4 The Products sold to B2C Customers are intended for end-users and not for resale by you.


2.3.1 You can place an order by selecting the desired Products, entering the required details and following the instructions on your screen in the order process. During the order process you can check the details and correct any errors before you submit the order. In each phase of the order process take time to read and check the details of the order.

2.3.2 Before you can place an order, you will be asked to confirm that you accept these T&Cs. If you have any questions about the T&Cs, please contact us before you place an order.

2.3.3 When you are ready to order, you can go through the order process and place your order by clicking the ‘Pay’ button on the order page. Once you have clicked ‘Pay’, you can no longer change your order. You will then be transferred to the payment page to make your payment.

2.3.4 After you have completed the payment on the payment page, you will receive an e-mail confirming that you have placed your order (the ‘Confirmation e-mail’). The Confirmation e-mail contains details of your order, such as the Products and the prices (including shipping charges and tax), plus additional information on the order. Keep this Confirmation e-mail or print it for your records. If you do not receive a Confirmation e-mail by the next working day after placing your order, please contact us.

2.3.5 The contract between Beerwulf and you comes into force when you receive the Confirmation e-mail. You cannot transfer your rights under the contract or these T&C’s without our approval. You will own the Products when we have received payment from you in full.

2.3.6 We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason including, but not limited to, if the Products are unavailable or if there is a shortage of stock, if full payment has not been received or if we have reason to suspect that you or the receiver of the Products does not comply with the minimum age for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.

2.3.7 If your order has been cancelled, we will inform you as soon as possible and the money you have paid for the Products will be refunded to you as soon as possible (no later than 14 days after cancellation).

2.3.8 If we cannot fulfil your order because the Products are unavailable, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to offer you an alternative Product where reasonable or to inform you when the requested Products are expected to be back in stock. You are entirely free to decide whether to agree to suggestions for alternative Products.

2.3.9 Please note that we reserve the right to implement a cap on the number of products per order if the circumstances at the time require us to do so.


2.4.1 All prices and charges on the Website are in pound sterling (GBP) and include VAT and duties.

2.4.2 The prices of the Products are those shown on the order page of the Website when you place the order. The prices shown may be amended from time to time without notice. However, such price amendments will not apply after we have accepted your order. If we accept and process your order when a clear and undeniable error has been made in the pricing, we are entitled to cancel your order, refund any money paid and request you to return any supplied Products to us.

2.4.3 You can only pay for the Products using the payment methods shown on the Website. We do not accept any other payment method.

2.4.4 All payment orders are processed through an external payment services provider. These payment orders are subject to the terms and conditions of the provider concerned.

2.4.5 By paying for an order with Paypal, a credit or debit card you declare that you are the holder of the ‘card’ used. 

2.4.6 All cardholders will be verified and the issuer of the card will be asked to provide an authorisation check. If your card issuer does not authorise the payment to us, we cannot accept your order. In that case we cannot be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.


2.5.1 We deliver throughout United Kingdom mainland (including Northern Ireland). Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Guernsey postcode area (GY) and the Jersey postcode area (JE).

2.5.2 Charges may be levied to deliver your order. These depend on the amount of your order. The delivery charges are shown here on the Website and are also displayed during the order process and in the Confirmation e-mail.

2.5.3 If you place your order before 4pm, we will endeavour to deliver the Products in the next 24 hours. Please note, no deliveries are made on Mondays or Sundays. You can view and amend the delivery time on the Website when you place an order. If it is not possible to meet the delivery time, we will inform you of the new expected delivery time by e-mail.

2.5.4 Your order will be delivered by Yodel. On the scheduled delivery date Yodel will send you an e-mail with a Track & Trace link, enabling you to track your parcel. Additionally, you may consider to download the Yodel app (iTunes / Google Play Store). Via the Yodel app you may find additional information and extra options about your delivery. Please note that the use of these services and products will be subject to separate terms and conditions which we recommend you review in advance. 

2.5.5 Persons receiving a delivery of alcoholic products must have reached the minimum legal age for alcohol consumption. The delivery driver may ask for the person’s age and proof of identity. The delivery driver may refuse to deliver the Products if no valid proof of identity is shown.

2.5.6 If there is no one at home, or if there is no adult who can receive the Products, the delivery driver will take back the parcel and leave a Delivery Attempted card in your letterbox. This card has the details of the options available to you. You will be able to communicate your redelivery preferences via the Yodel App or Yodel website. If you would like the package to be delivered with your neighbour, you will need to register this in the Yodel App or Yodel website. Our delivery partner Yodel will attempt (in total) three deliveries before the item is returned to us.

2.5.7 The above-mentioned age check also applies to choosing other delivery and collection methods.


2.6.1 If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your purchase, you must inform us no later than 14 days after the date of receipt of the Products. This time period does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or mis-described Products. 

2.6.2 Where you would like to cancel your purchase, or your Products are faulty or mis-described, where possible you should do this by contacting customer services on +44 (0) 808 189 9853 (between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.) or by e-mailing us. You can also use the standard withdrawal form provided in article 5 of these T&Cs, which can also be downloaded here. You can complete and return this standard form to us by post or e-mail. Please always state the order number, which is shown in the Confirmation e-mail.

2.6.3 We also use our delivery partner Yodel for product returns. After contacting our customer services about returning your shipment, you will receive a return label via e-mail. Yodel allows for next (working) day pickup, and can schedule pickup dates until 4 working days later. The packages can only be picked up between 07:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the day requested. Due to the daily changing delivery routes of Yodel, the exact time cannot be scheduled beforehand. You will be updated via email or SMS on the day the pickup is scheduled. The Products must be returned no later than 14 days after you give notice of cancellation.

2.6.4 We will refund the price you paid for the Products together with any shipping charges you have paid to receive the Products. We will bear the cost of any returns made through the Yodel return services. Please note, if you chose to use another delivery method or provider, you shall be responsible for the costs of returning the Products.

2.6.5 We will refund the amounts concerned as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you inform us of the cancellation of the purchase, using the same payment method as that used to pay for the order. However, we may delay the refund until we have received the products or proof of return shipment from you, whichever is earlier.

2.6.6 The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  1. The Beerwulf gift card is a unique voucher code (" Gift card ") that is digitally issued by Beerwulf and is available with £7.50, £15.00 or £30.00 credit.
  2. The Gift Card is immediately available after purchase on the Website, and is shown within a PDF file in your confirmation e-mail. You can save the PDF for later use and/or choose to print the voucher.
  3. You can only use the Gift Card for online orders via the Website. The Gift Card is valid up to two years after the purchase of the Gift Card and can only be used if you are 18 years or older.
  4. You use the Gift Card by applying the unique voucher code of the Gift Card on the Website when you pay for your online order. The total purchase amount of your order must be equal to or higher than the credit of your Gift Card. If the purchase amount is higher than the credit of your Gift Card, you have to pay the rest of the purchase amount using an alternative payment method that is available. If you use the Gift Card for items that accumulate to a (total) price that is less than the value of the Gift Card credit, the remaining value of the Gift Card credit will expire.
  5. The credit of your Gift Card will be deducted from the total purchase amount of your online order. You can only use the Gift Card once.
  6. Beerwulf will charge you a one-off charge of £0.01 when using the Gift Card.
  7. If you return products for which you have used one or more Gift Cards, the discount will expire and the remaining amount will be refunded. Please contact us for a new Gift Card.
  8. The Gift Card is not valid in combination with other discount codes, discount promotions or Gift Cards. You cannot use the Gift Card:
      1. to sell;
      2. exchange at Beerwulf for money (after the withdrawal period of 14 days after purchase);
      3. use for commercial purposes and / or purposes other than for which the Gift Card has been issued;
      4. change or forge. 

Any (attempted) fraud or other unauthorised action that is recorded will lead to the withdrawal of the use of the Gift Card (s).

  1. The Gift Card is transferable and not personal. You can give the Gift Card away. The recipient can use the Gift Card by entering the unique discount code of the Gift Card on the Website when paying for his or her online order.
  2. Beerwulf is not responsible for loss or theft of the Gift Card.
  3. If Beerwulf decides to stop (accepting) the Gift Card while you still have one or more unused and valid Gift Cards, Beerwulf will contact you to ensure that the corresponding credit is paid to you.
  4. When using the Gift Card, all (other) conditions of these terms and conditions apply.


2.8.1 Our maximum liability in connection with your purchase of Products is an amount equal to the total price paid in connection with your order for the Products. However, nothing in these T&Cs shall exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.



3.1.1 We collect and process personal data from visitors to our Website and persons who enter into a contract with us. We use various cookies on the Website. Our Privacy & Cookie Policy applies to the use of the Website and forms an integral part of these T&Cs.


3.2.1 The Website and all its content, functions and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, images, video and audio as well as the design) are our property, or the property of our group companies and partners, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

3.2.2 You may only use the Website for purposes in accordance with these T&Cs. You are permitted to make copies of the Website, or parts of it, for personal use only. No parts of the content of our Website may be used for any other purposes without our express written consent.


3.3.1 We cannot guarantee that the Website will operate faultlessly and without interruption. We are not liable for any damage that may result from the use of electronic means of communication, including damage due to slow delivery or non-delivery of electronic means of communication or due to interception or manipulation of electronic means of communication by persons or computer programs used for electronic communication or the transmission of viruses.

3.3.2 Although this Website has been created with the utmost care, it is possible that features of Products (appearance or product information) are not accurately displayed or depicted. In that case the features shown on the packaging of the product itself will prevail. In the event of such a difference, you may return the Product in accordance with the procedure set out above in 2.6 Return shipment and cancellation.

3.3.3 The Website contains links to third-party websites. We cannot vouch for the content and operation of these websites. We make every effort to guarantee as far as possible that the Website is free of viruses, but no guarantee can be given.

4.1.2 If the Products do not meet the quality requirements expected of the Product concerned, please inform us as soon as possible and preferably no later than 14 days after delivery. Where possible you should do this by contacting our customer services on +44 (0) 808 189 9853 (available between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.) or by e-mailing service@beerwulf.com. You can also contact us on this number if you have any other questions.

4.1.3 If you experience problems with the Products you have purchased on the Website and you are a B2C customer, you can submit a complaint with a view to possible non-judicial dispute settlement via the Website https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ on the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform.


4.2.1 We recommend that you print out these T&Cs or save them on your computer for future use. We may amend these T&Cs from time to time. Therefore, whenever you use the Website or order Products, you must read these T&Cs again before you agree to them, so that you are always aware of the T&Cs in force at that time.

4.2.2 Each of the articles in these T&Cs is valid individually. If a court or competent authority rules that one or more articles are invalid or unenforceable, the remaining articles will remain fully in force.


4.3.1 These T&C’s and any contract entered into shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Products in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Products in the Scottish or English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Products in the Northern Irish or English courts.
