This beer is an ode to the magic of home brewing - remiciscient of the days spent by Oedipus' brewers conjuring up mad recipes in a small kitchen. This spicy Tripel with Thai-inspired flavours was inspired by all the trips to the local market to find galangal root, coriander, chilli pepper and lemongrass to brew this marvelously rich beer.
