Install the BLADE

1. Plug in the appliance
Connect the blade to the power
2. Press the Orange button
Use only pre-cooled kegs stored in a refrigerator or cold room. Use your thumb to press the orange button at the bottom of the keg until you hear an audible click. Once this step has been performed, the keg is ready to be tapped!
3. Connect the keg
Insert a pre-cooled keg into the appliance. Lead the tube in direction of the tap head and bend it downwards to position it into the retainer.
4. Place the dome
Install the dome onto the appliance to keep the contents cool.
5. Switch on the BLADE
Turn on the appliance by pressing the ON-OFF switch on the right.
6. Lock the keg
Use the switch to set the keg locking to CLOSE. The indicator should turn green.
7. Check the temperature
Use the gauge to make sure the beer has reached the right temperature before pouring. Make sure you pre-cool the kegs in a cold storage between 0-4°C at at least 24 hours before use.

1. Unlock
Pull the switch upwards to unlock the keg
2. Remove the dome
Remove the dome from the BLADE
3. Tap cover
Flip down the tap cover
4. Detach the tube
Detach the beer tube from the retainer
5. Remove the keg
Now remove the keg from the BLADE
6. Insert a fresh keg
Insert a new keg, insert the tub and close the tube cover and dome
Pour the perfect beer

1. Temperature
Check if the keg is at the ideal temperature to put in the BLADE
2. Take a clean glass
Take a clean, branded schooner glass, and hold the glass at 45 degrees angle
3. Pour the beer
Pull the tap handle and control the level of foam by increasing the angle for less foam or decreasing it for more
4. Ready to serve
The perfect head measures two fingers of foam. Cheers!
