Rochefort beers are brewed by the Rochefort Brewery in Rochefort, Belgium. It is one of the five Trappist breweries in Belgium and based in the Notre-Dame de Saint-Remy Abbey. Since 1899, the Trappists of Rochefort have only ever brewed three craft beers: 6 (7.5%), 8 (9.2%) and 10 (11.3%). Sometimes that’s all you need to become a craft beer icon.
