The history of...Brewer of the Month, Het Uiltje

Het Uiltje beers are brewed by the Het Uiltje Brewery, located in Haarlem, the Netherlands. Founder, Robbert Uyleman, worked as a barman and later as a brewer at the renowned Jopenkerk Brewery in Haarlem. As a brewer he is all about adventure and unbridled enthusiasm.

Uyleman is an all-round passionate guy who combines a love of brewing beer with rock n’ roll, experiments to his heart’s content, knows the classics and has a simple, yet serious mission: 'to brew f*cking good beer.' Who can argue with that?
