The history of...Brouwerij De Halve Maan

De Halve Maan Brewery is located in Bruges, Belgium. Founded in 1856 by Henri Maes, the brewery is now managed by a sixth generation of brewers.

Because production takes place at different locations, the brewery installed a pipeline under the city that connects the beer from the brewery to the bottling facilities at other locations, as well as a few bars. Crazy but true.
