The history of...Brouwerij Boon

Boon is brewed by the Boon Brewery, located in Lembeek, Belgium. Boon was founded in 1680 as a farm, brewery and distillery. Since 1978, they have primarily produced Geuze and Kriek beers based on traditional Lambic recipes, making use of modern equipment and brewing techniques.

The beer is fermented in wooden barrels, as per tradition. At Boon, every bottle that leaves the brewery contains a mix of the old and the new.
