Omer Roodbruin
Out of stock

Red-brown beer of mixed fermentation: a blend of an ale and a 18 months old lambic, lagered in foeders (large wooden barrels). Green apple, red fruit and slight barrel-aged flavours combines nicely with a quite sour taste, which is balanced by some sweetness and a fresh, sour finish.

Omer Vander Ghinste

In 1892 Remi Vander Ghinste bought a house with brewery buildings for his son Omer, this was the beginning of the family brewery and the beers 'Omer Vander Ghinste'. The small brewery conquered the big city and many pubs received a brand called 'Beers Omer Vander Ghinste'. For practical reasons, every first boy was called Omer and since then the brewery has been led by an Omer. The beers are all of high quality and a party for your taste buds.
