Brasserie Caracole is a Belgian beer brewery that is known for boiling water with a wood oven. The bottles are filled by hand and the label is stuck to it. In 1766 the brewery existed under the name Brasserie Moussoux, in 1941 the name was changed to Brasserie Lamotte and by the takeover in 1992 the name Brasserie Caracole came into being. All beers undergo a second fermentation in the bottle, are unfiltered and not pasteurized.Read more...
