Bird Brewery beers are brewed by the Bird Brewery, located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The Bird Brewery was founded by Ralph van Bemmel and Rik van den Berg. Both have experience in the beer industry and a clear vision of what they want beer to be. Don’t expect buckets of hops and litres of coffee or liqueur, these are balanced beers where the ingredients are each given their moment in the limelight.
