Dark in color, with a brownish and creamy head, the Grand Cru is a rich, full and powerful beer with a deliciously long finish. It reveals complex and surprisingly sweet aromas given the high alcohol content, subtly hidden. The caramel mousse and roundness in the mouth are perfectly in harmony with a medium bitterness and coffee flavors. Produced with strongly roasted malt from which it derives a more acidic flavor.
