The corona crisis is currently affecting many entrepreneurs, including the many brewers we work with every day. Deliveries to the catering industry have completely stopped and many breweries have had to close the doors to their tap rooms. This of course has had huge impact, especially on smaller-scale production. We have to, and want to, do something about it!

At Beerwulf, brewers are not only our business partners, they are also our friends. We would therefore like to support them in this difficult period, both financially and in fostering the spirit of community. Of course, you can help by ordering beers from your favourite brewers, but we would also like to draw your attention to all kinds of entrepreneurial actions to get through the crisis and support one another.

BrewDog

With the BrewDog's Drive Thru and new Hop Drop app, you can order beer, food, and cider from their bars and collect it without having to leave your car. They are kindly launching with a 30% discount for all users and a 50% discount for NHS members.

That's not all, BrewDog have opened their Online Bar and you are all invited- expect live beer tastings, pub quizzes, music and the usual chatter you could expect from a Friday night in your local. See you there next Friday 🤘

All this from the comfort of your own home, who knows what’s next?!Image taken from Beavertown's Instagram.

Bellfield

You can go to Bellfield's website and buy a voucher here for their taproom, tours or merchandise to redeem when they’re back. They're been busy planting and pruning willow to make it especially lovely when they reopen. We think we will all desereve a good drink by the time this is over.

For locals there's a few ways to support, you can swing by their Edinburgh location and drop off a tin to take part in their 'tin for a can' campaign and support local food banks in need. Drop off your tin and receive a free can of beer! You should also keep an eye out for their new 5L ‘mini casks’ that will launch mid-April. Both Lawless Village IPA and Session Ale will be available for the special price of £20.00. Buy online and collect!

Brewgooder

Brewgooder has set up a platform for their #oneonus campaign, allowing you to donate a round of beer and message to our NHS heroes. Simply donate the cost of a 4 pack and send your message of support, and an NHS employee can claim it when they come to the website.

Check the website for donation details and keep an eye on their Instagram for updates on how they are developing the campaign and to read all the lovely supportive messages.
