Promotional Terms

These Promotional Terms apply to all Beerwulf promotions in the UK with a discount code (a “Promotion”), organised by Beerwulf B.V., hereinafter referred to as “Beerwulf”.

1. Anyone who lives in the UK, is 18 years or older and has received a Beerwulf discount code via a voucher, email or other offline or online channel (the “Code Details”) can take part in a Promotion. Keep in mind that we only deliver products to the UK mainland (including Northern Ireland), we are unable to deliver to the Guernsey postcode area (GY) and the Jersey postcode area (JE).

2. Beerwulf organises different promotions with different action periods. In the Code Details the value of your discount code and the applicable promotion period is stated. The Code Details are part of these Promotional Terms.

3. During the applicable promotion period, you can use your discount code for the amount mentioned in your Code Details. A minimum order value (without discount code) applies and is mentioned in the Code Details. You can use the discount code on our website www.beerwulf.com (the “Website”)

4. You can use one discount code per order. You can submit the code in the order process on the Website. You can use the same discount code for multiple orders, as long as the applicable minimum order value is met. The discount code is not personal; you can share it. The total discount may never exceed 50% of the price of our beers. The discount code cannot be used on orders with discounted products.

5. Beerwulf can exclude participants who do not comply with these Promotional Terms, or can partly or fully cancel their discount.

6. UK law is applicable to our Promotions. If a provision of these Promotional Terms proves to be invalid, the remainder will remain in force and Beerwulf will adopt a new provision in which the original is observed as much as possible.

7. Beerwulf reserves the right to change the Promotional Terms. For changes to the Promotional Terms, notice will be made on www.beerwulf.com/en-gb/promotionalterms/.

8. When participating in a promotion, the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy of Beerwulf remain in full force on the use of and orders via the Website.
