With an intense red blush, the Benno Trappist beer reminds you of a sunny autumn day in the Donau valley. This trappist contains flavors of mandarin, tropical fruit, apricot jam and amaretto. The beer is soft in the mouth with a slight taste of orange and a touch of lemon. During the drink, the taste of cherries and white grapes develops with a little mint. The finish is dry, spicy with the slight bitterness of grapefruit.

Stift Engelszell

Stift Engelszell is the only Trappist monastery in Austria. The beers were named after two former abbots of the abbey. Gregory Eisvogel and Benno Stumpf. The International Association Trappist announced on October 15, 2012 that these beers may carry the logo "Authentic Trappist Product".
