It has the pleasant bitterness IPAs are known for, but this beer is rounded out: not by “bready” malt but a slightly sweet, clean malt. On the other side: hops are the star here. Relative light in alcohol. A perfect beer to start with.
- 1x Icelandic Pale Ale: This pale ale is close to your neighbourhood American pale ale, but with Vikinged up a notch. This beer was developed by and for the Icelander.
- 1x Juicy Double: Our very own Juicy Double is the Fresh & Fruity sister of our first DIPA, Bitter Sweet Symphony, one which you simply must drink as fresh as possible! The classic combination of Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe hops in the dryhop give this beer its juicy flavour.
- 1x Traiectum Tripel: A wonderful tripel with all the elements a tripel should have and even more. High spiciness including peppery and clove-like phenols.
