Everything you need to know for your Christmas orders
When you place your order you can select a delivery date up to 2 weeks into the future.
We try our best to deliver the next day if you order before 4pm, however deliveries can sometimes take up to 3 days. In peak times the delays can be longer, though we try our best to avoid this.
This will depend on what you order but it is common to receive multiple parcels and they may even arrive separately. You should receive a tracking link for each parcel.
If there are going to be delays outside of the normal 1-3 days we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, Beerwulf is not able to deliver orders on the following days:
All orders placed between 15th November and 15th December are eligible for extended returns until the 15th January 2022. Any order placed after 15th December will fall into our normal returns policy of 30 days.
As with all our return items, during Christmas, items must be in fully saleable condition, with the exception of products that were accidentally delivered damaged.
We will process the refund as soon as possible, but please be aware there can be delays during busy sale periods. We try to process this within a maximum of 14 days after it has been returned, with the same means of payment as you used to pay for the order.
We are unable to reserve stock at this moment in time. However, you do have the option to place an order with a delivery date of up to 2 week in the future if you like to plan ahead.
We try our best to make sure we have stock available at all times. If your favourite beer is temporarily unavailable, we have a new feature that will notify you as soon as the product is back in stock.
All you need to do is go to the product page and enter your email address.
At any time we guarantee a minimum of 1 month on best before date when you purchase beer from us. Unless a specific date is mentioned on the keg, the beer will remain freshest until the end of the month stated on the label.
If you are buying as a gift, make sure to check the items when you receive them that they are all correct and intact with a suitable BBD, keeping in mind you have 30 days to return anything you're not happy with. You should also pass on the purchase order number especially if buying a machine as a gift. That way the recipient will be able to claim the warranty should they need to.
