Return conditions: The item must be exchanged or returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged and preferably in its original packaging. If one or more products have not been delivered due to breakage or loss of the products during shipping with our carrier, you may not receive them at home. Keep your Track & So keep a close eye on trace information! In case of breakage or returned parcels, please contact our customer service immediately. Once the packaging has been opened, the product can no longer be sold. We can then no longer take your order back. If you have gone beyond what is legally permitted to assess the product, we may retain the resulting reduction in value. We will make the refund within 14 days of receiving your return. You will receive a refund of all amounts already paid to us, minus the paid shipping costs for the forwarding. We are not liable for lost or damaged returned items. Refund money: If the return shipment meets the above return conditions and you want your money back (instead of resending the order due to e.g. breakage), all amounts already paid to us including the shipping costs for the forward shipment will be refunded refunded within five working days The costs for the return shipment are for your account. Return instructions: You can always invoke the statutory cooling-off period and return the order. We will then refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs of the return shipment. Then select the delivered order that you wish to return (partially). Select the items you want to return and then confirm your return request. Pack the items as well and securely as possible. Preferably in the original packaging of the order. Include the packing slip with the completed return reason in the package. Write the received return address clearly on the outside of the package (stick it on the largest side). Hand in the package at a PostNL service point and have it franked if necessary. Ask for a ‘proof of postage’ and keep it until your return is fully processed. After receipt of the item, it will be assessed whether it meets the return conditions. If that is the case, all amounts already paid to us (including the shipping costs for the forwarding) will be refunded as soon as possible. The return process takes some time.
